Q: What if I don’t like the product when it arrives?
No problem! Just get in touch within 7 days of receiving your item to arrange a return.
Items can be returned for a full refund of the product price (please note postage costs are non-refundable). Return shipping is at your expense, and we’ll process your refund as soon as the goods arrive back to us.
If you’d prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we’re happy to help with that too.
Q: Can I order a different size?
Many of our pieces can be made in custom sizes by our artisans. Simply contact us with the size you’re after and we’ll provide a quote.
For custom orders, we require a 30% deposit before production begins.
Q: Can I bundle more items into a parcel without paying extra for postage?
Yes! You can add additional items to your parcel at no extra shipping cost.
Q: Can I get a gift voucher?
Absolutely! Just get in touch and we’ll arrange a gift voucher to be sent directly to you via email.
Q: My timber item has cracked - what can I do?
Please send us a photo so we can take a look. We’re happy to exchange or refund any item with cracking that goes beyond normal timber movement.
Timber is a natural material and will expand and contract with changes in temperature and humidity. Some movement or minor cracking can be normal and isn’t considered a fault.
To help protect your item, please avoid placing it in direct sunlight or directly under heating or air conditioning, as excessive drying can cause additional cracking. Cracks caused by these conditions aren’t covered under warranty.
